  • Yes, pets must be pre-approved by park management and a per pet fee will apply. Portable fencing for pets requires management approval as well. There is no guarantee of approval.

  • We can accommodate all RV sizes, including truck campers. Our greatest site depths are 90-100ft.

    During the reservation process, we will take into account slide out width and place you in an appropriate space. We have sites to accommodate all slide out widths.

  • No, all sites are back-in only.

  • Yes, we offer monthly rates that are renewable each month. See our monthly rates here.

  • Yes, 20% of our sites are reserved for short-term guests. See our short-term rates here.

  • Yes, every site has 20, 30 and 50 amp hookups, sewer and water.

    All sites are back in only. Hookups are located on the driver’s side.

  • RV’s must be 10 years old or less and well maintained. Minor on-site repairs require management approval and must be completed by an approved technician. In the reservation process, we will ask for pictures of your rig to confirm it meets our specifications.

    If your RV is older than 10 years, it must be “like new”. We do not accept RVs more than 20 years old. Determination of this will be at the manager’s discretion.

  • Included in rates

    Monthly, weekly and nightly rates will include sewage and access to the laundry and restrooms in the clubhouse.

    Laundry machines are “pay for use”.

    Electric will be charged monthly, based on the meter reading (at an estimated $0.15-0.16/kwh).

    Internet is available at each site. Evans RV will provide guests with a router, and the guest pays a flat daily, weekly, or monthly rate to Evans RV. Note: the internet at your site, is just for you. Think of it as your “RV home internet”!

    Propane refills are available for purchase on-site.

  • Monthly guests are allowed 2 people, 1 vehicle, and 2 pets for no additional fee.

    Weekly guests are allowed 2 people and 1 vehicle for no additional fee.

    Nightly guests are allowed 4 people and 1 vehicle for no additional fee.

    Extra person, pet, and vehicle fees will be charged.

    An extra person fee will only be charged for persons 6 years and older. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed per site.

  • On average, sites are 2,600sq. ft.

  • We do not offer postal services for USPS mail; however, PO Boxes can be reserved at the post office which is about 1-mile west of the park.

    If you wish to receive packages from Amazon/UPS/Fedex, you will be able to list your site number and gate code and have the package delivered to your site.
